Submitting a request does not automatically delete data or change consent. Tell us what you want us to do and, if possible, write from the email associated with your account.

We will review your request and may ask for limited information to confirm your identity or clarify the request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any retention requirements or other limits. The forms send requests to our support inbox; there is no automatic request-tracking system. Do not email passwords, OTP codes, identity documents, full medical records, or financial documents. If identity checks are needed, we will discuss a suitable way to complete them.
