Do not upload information you do not have permission to share, attempt to access someone else's private records, or interfere with the service. Get permission before recording details about designated contacts or pet guardians. Adding someone to your plan does not mean they have accepted a legal duty or agreed to act.

CoMate helps Hosts and Residents discover shared homes, condos and intergenerational living spaces in Thailand. Members must comply with local housing laws, building rules and authority to offer a home. A match, Join Request, or accepted connection is not a tenancy, accommodation contract, background check, or guarantee of suitability. Hosts and Residents must confirm the home, Monthly Contribution, responsibilities, safety, and any separate agreement themselves. Verification describes completed checks; administrator selfie review or mobile OTP do not establish a person's character or guarantee that their identity is genuine. Shared Home verification does not certify legal compliance or physical safety.

LifeReady is worldwide online software for organising wishes, references and short notes, not a dispatched care service. Users must obtain qualified advice appropriate to their jurisdiction. Entries in Life Plan, Living Will, Legacy Vault, Pet Continuity Plan, and Pet Guardians do not by themselves create a legally valid will, advance directive, guardianship, or professional care arrangement. Seek qualified advice when needed. QR code Medical First-Aid Pass, SafeCheck, and Daily Safety Check-In are supporting tools, not monitored emergency-response services. Do not rely on them to summon help or guarantee alerts. Notification delivery may be delayed or prevented by internet outages, device settings, email provider issues, mobile network issues, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside IHSG's control.

You retain your rights in the content you add. You allow IHSG and its service providers to store, process, and display it as needed to run the service and follow your sharing choices. We may restrict content or accounts where reasonably necessary to address misuse, safety risks, or legal requirements. Availability and features may change, and interruptions can occur. Contact us if you need help, want to close your account, or wish to question a restriction.

IHSG may use automated and manual measures to detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, spam, account compromise, misuse of the platform, automated attacks, malicious software, and AI-assisted abuse. We may temporarily restrict access, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable steps to protect users, the service, and personal information. No online service can guarantee complete protection against cyberattacks, unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or other security incidents.

We do not promise that every match, home, plan, or service result will meet your needs. To the extent permitted by law, IHSG is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user information, arrangements between members, or reliance on the service in place of qualified advice or emergency services. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
